New Row at Top of List

Excel 2003.  I want the "new row" with the asterisk to appear at the top of the list rather than the bottom.  Is this possible?

If it is, they cunningly hid it from us!

The structure of the ListObject is pretty locked down.
You're best bet would be to send the data to the list from another area in your spreadsheet.

Maybe create a dummy row that look like it's part of the List.
