    macro protection

I want to secure macros from being edited, viewed or deleted by users. Does anyone know how to do this?

    Hi

From within the VBE go Tools>VBA Project Properties>Protection tab  and check "Lock Project For Viewing" and apply a password.

Sorry, but for some reason I stumble into it with the new version of Office 2007 and can't find how to get there consistently...

    Hi Tony

You need to click on the workbook that contains the macros in the top left Project window within the Visual Basic Editor and then go through the steps I gave above.  You should be able to reliably get to the required screen.

Caveat: even VBA Project password protection is fairly simple to defeat.
