    Error Handling

    Calling the well read!

As my VBA improves rapidly; it is becoming increasingly obvious that my error handling needs to improve. At the moment it's quite crude and I'm sure something more efficient could be done with some guidance.

Can you give me some pointers to the best sources of info - examples,  system error codes or whatever that should help improve my code?

There's a mass of stuff around and I'd like to avoid wasting time on any rubbish.

    Cheers.

I think the chapter on Error handling in Professional Excel Development by Bullen et al. is one of the best around. See Stephen's stite:

    Re: Betreft: Error Handling

Thanks Bob, Jan Karel - good pointers.

Steven's book is looking like a pretty good option, VBAX is def going into my favourite list.
