Row Labels in excel 2007 Pivot Tables

    Hi,

I'm creating a pivot table and in column A I have row labels but when I have row labels in columns A & B column A only shows the label on each new occurance of a new label and I need to have the label (data) to appear for each line. Any suggestions

    Thanks

    Ed

Are you needing this because you want a formula against each row label? I normally handle this by taking the resulting pivot table and copying the data only to another sheet and then running some VBA over the row labels to fill the gaps.

I have asked for some time for a setting to do this, but it is slow coming Sad
