    Search & Replace in a Range(s)

I am using Excel 2010. I am familiar with find and replace, either for a single cell or an entire worksheet.

My problem is that I wqnt to search and replace within a given range or ranges (say columns a & c) only but ignore all other cells. I have no idea as to how to accomplish this result. Any help is bgreatly appreciated.

Select the cells first (must be more than one cell), then do the Find and replace routine.

Thank you Omar! If I had thought of it logically lol...............

    P.S. - I lived just outside of Toronto from 1950 to 1961.

Just outside of Toronto back then is probably covered in asphalt now. Things have sure changed on the outskirts in the past 20 years.

It sounds like you would be a few years older than me then. I was born in 62.
