    Nikeyg, This should be possible with a normal formula. it's going to look something like: =IF(ISERROR(MATCH(I5,E1:E100,0)),IF(ISERROR(MATCH(I5,A1:A100,0)),"",VLOOKUP(I5,A1:B100,2)),0) The Iserror and Match combintation is returning true when the transaction is not found. Teppic_

    Felix I hope I have understood. (My testing had your Product ID (lookup value) in A1 and the Sampling Point Table in A4:C50 on the same sheet.
