Angela Add the close all button to your QAT (Quick Access Toolbar). Go to Office Button>Excel Options>Customize>Chnage Popular Commands to All Commands, scroll down the list and select Close All and click Add. It will now reside on the little toolbar above (or if you've chnaged it below...
