Hi I have a file which was created a few years back. For some reason im not able to remember the open password for the file. Dear Bob, thanks for your reply. Yes basically at any given point of time i download the data file from ERP and would like to link it to the working sheet excel file so that it updates based on the input data from ERP. I hope you are getting my requirement. Regards Mathew
